Do you sense a disconnect between the world as it is and the one you long to help create? Are you ready to explore transformative ways of being, relating, and acting—shifting from separation to connection, from scarcity to abundance?

Join us for a transformative series of three Friday sessions, where you’ll explore Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as a powerful pathway to both personal liberation and deeper connection—within yourself and the systems you navigate. Together, we’ll dive into essential concepts, practices, and tools designed to support a more life-affirming future.

These sessions are more than just a learning experience—they offer a space to connect, reflect, and grow within a supportive community. You’ll walk away with practical tools, profound insights, and embodied practices that expand your capacity for choice, freedom, and meaningful connection in every moment of your life.

Are you ready to take a step toward creating the world we all long for?

We warmly welcome you to join us. 🌱

    Session 1: Why Nonviolence ?

We begin by grounding in the "why" of nonviolence:

    • The gap between reality and vision: Reflect on the world as it is and the one we’d like to contribute to. Introduction to Nonviolent Communication.
    • The consciousness of flow vs. scarcity: Discover how scarcity creates separability and powerlessness, while flow fosters togetherness and choice—choice as the smallest unit of liberation. Discover NVC-consciousness as a way to be able to experience joy, engagement, liberation, openness and collaboration.
    • Key NVC differentiations: Deepen your understanding of the principles that guide liberatory relationships. Dependence- Independence - Interdependence
    • Home practice: Observe and reflect on the choices in your life, reflect on the world as it is and the one you/we could contribute to. How can this show up in your life, deepening your self-awareness and the embodiment of NVC.

Session 2: Understanding and embodying NVC

In our second session, we embrace the full spectrum of our emotional experience as we move forward:

    • Guided meditation: Our capacity for development
    • Evolution of individual and collective emotions: Emotions are a universal language - we'll tap into both mourning and celebration, supported by the metaphor of the giraffe, a symbol of connection and nonviolence, and discover how this benefits our well-being.
    • Interactive exploration: Assess where you are on a spectrum of relational and organisational skills, recognizing how this shifts with your capacity in each moment.
    • Home practice: Read through the material of the Pathways to Liberation Matrix
    • After the session: Participate in a PLAYBACK THEATRE process, where the group’s experiences are brought to life.

Session 3: NVC in Practice - sustainability and inner development from the heart.

Our final session focuses on applying NVC to real-world challenges, inner and sustainable development.

      • Combining IDG with NVC: Integrating NVC practice and consciousness into the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework.
      • We will also invite you to explore Climate Coaching. Together, we’ll explore how NVC supports us in living and acting from a place of alignment, empowerment and care.
